Need help identifying unknown Tank/Artillery shell!

Hi all,

I have recently bought an Unknown shell that was found near the Czech Republic border in germany and need help identifying it!

Shell dimensions :

Diameter: 124mm
Diameter of Driving band : 127mm
Total height (with Damaged Fuze) : 42cm
weight: 15kg
The only readable numbers on the shell are: 33-11-73-3

Paint is not original its just a rust Protection!
Driving Band (ger: Fhrungsband)
Original Colour!
Hollow inside!
The only numbers that i can find.
