Need help identifying thie round. There's a red circle and a mish-mash of markings on the bottom,
the only ones I can make out are
L-02
1990
AEX
all the rest are illegible. Any help would be appreciated:)

It is a 20mm oerlikon with what looks like the wrong projectile from a 20mm M61 Vulcan stuck in.

I cannot read the headstamp in your picture but if I were to venture a guess I would say French.
