Need ID of 37mm

I need to find an ID on this projectile, is suppose to be Brit 37mm (I did not measure it so, maybe in question), sorry don't have a length at this time.
Picture sof round, fuze and markings on the side of projectile.

None of the 37mm I look up come close.

it's an italian 37/54 shell. The fuze is made by "Fratelli Borletti"
