Need ID on grenade

The grenade to the right in the attached picture, need an ID. All I know is it was made (or contracted trhough) the China Lake Surface Warfare Center in the late 1960"s, for use with what was called the SWIMMER Weapons System (or the 3801-308 program). I have no further info on size etc.

The grenade to the left is a 308-4 canopy maker, one of the first chem light type devices, developed at China Lake for the Swimmer System. Was launched from an M-16 rifle
