First of all, I did not take these pictures. My daughter did. But it does show a presence of old Soviet military hardware in a museum like setting. Hopefully I have time to visit next time I am in Vegas. Then I'll take more photos.

I'll find out. But it appears that they allow people to climb on. I remember climbing as a child into a T-34 standing as a monument of the closest point of German approach to Moscow and being very impressed by the lack of space. And I was small at that time.
 
Yes, all the doors and hatches are open so you may go inside. Meaning that they actually want you to go inside.
