Just added this to the collection,it came in a case of Serbian 7.62 x 39 Mil. surplus. Head Stamp: HMP at 12 Oclock, 95 at 6 Oclock,Non Magnetic Ball, Brass Case no Case Mouth Seal, Light Red PA., 3 Stab PR. Crimp, Ni PR. Any ideas as to the meaning of HMP ???. I will have nine (9) of these for trade at the St Louis International Ammunition Show (SLICS) in April.
