Hi all,

got this the other day, i reccon its a pretty rare SMLE, probably from the 1920s and made by BSA for Siam, it has a lot of their markings.
Looks just like a Mk 111* but no date. Has a Deac cert and is complete.

I have the SMLE bible, but have misplaced it to cannot date it for certain at the moment.

Love smle's

That's a great smle, they are great rifles. I used to own a deac mkv trial smle from 1924, really regret selling that one!

Just found out they only made 10,000 of these, all made by BSA in 1920.
Just need a matching bayo now with its metal scabbard.

Here's to finding hen's teeth.

Nice looking SMLE there Andy! I've never seen a Siamese SMLE (deac or otherwise) up for sale. Great find!

Cheers,
Brad
