New find! Mills 36

Found this No.36 in an army surplus shop today for 4.95!! It's marked SG.W and appears to be filled with cement, as it's quite heavy and it's visible in the hole in the top.There are no lever grooves or pin holes. The base and filler holes have pieces of wood fitted. The paint looks to have been in place for a long time... Please excuse the dodgy photo quality!!
