Very nice and early N marked body. I have 2 narrow base N marked grenades, one a black WWI-early post war era grenade, and the other is a blue painted WW2 M21.
Is the fuze on this yellow grenade painted green? If so, I'm not so sure that is the original fuse on that grenade. Most yellows I have seen have unpainted fuzes, and are M10A1 or M10A2 fuzes. Not that a M10A3 is incorrect, but I think it should not be a green painted fuze, at least I have never seen one on a yellow grenade. Maybe it's the picture?
Either way, if it's original yellow paint, it's a very nice grenade. Nice find.
As far as I can tell the yellow paint is completely original. The fuze is a green A3. I suspect that you are correct and that it is not original, but at the price I was not going to complain.

I really could not tell from the pics on my comp. if it was green. It's no problem, just thought I would mention it. I think I have a nice plain M10A2 for it if you want to it swap it out. PM if needed
If you think it's orig. paint and it was cheap, that's what we all like, a very nice find.
