DSCN1542.jpgDSCN1544.jpgDSCN1545.jpgA recent addition to my collection a drill No 34 Mk 111 grenade from 1917 made by the Dudley Foundry Co Ltd, Moor Lane Foundry, Brierly Hill, Staffs. What I like about it is that its one that was used to train bombers during WW1 and was once painted white. I really like these drill grenades that have trained Tommies how to fight in WW1. Even the ringpull shows its been well used.Just needs a good beeswax polish.
