Thrid pics, is it the same thing ? Seems to be different

First and second, shell with two missing driving bands and maybe remnants of tracer or manufacturing unfinished part (very common on base of french 37mm 88).
 
I would also say British 17pr AP-T from the driving bands and overall profile,
