As a practice item (NATO colour Deep Saxe blue) these were probably made to be dropped out of a carrier bomb to test spread and impact pattern. I know that the live store is yellow in colour and is vaery nasty in its functioning having a shaped charge, incendiary, rag and blast effect.

the shadowy mark seems to be an ink stamp " W.Abf " (Winter-Abfllung; literally translated winter-bottling). Although not exactly knowing what this special winter issue includes (another charge than FP02 or special lubrication to avoid freezing?) the stamp correspond with the (removed) tin seal.
