I am looking at this image of the NO 208 MK 8/1 ... does the BW on the item mean it was made by the Netherlands?

Manufactured/Converted (what other marks are there?) by R.O.F. Blackburn (West Block), U.K.

So the BW is for West Block? The only BW I have on my list is Dutch, that is why I was asking. I thought maybe they converted it and then put their manufacturer marking on it.

Joe

Not so simple

BW - Blackburn, West Block
BE - Blackburn, East Block
BN - Blackburn post 1962 (IIRC)
BUS - Blackburn, WWII 200 series fuze with an American time mechanism.

Thanks everyone ... I know manufacture markings can be clear as mud, but at least on here we seem to make sense of it all.
