My documentation says that these were to be used with No.79 HC-smoke grenades.
Flat base, green markings and a piece of safety fuse set in the base flash hole.

My No 79 fuse does not have a green top on the cap but does have a paper label on it. Because it is not with me here, I cannot remember what it says. Repost of earlier pic. Tony.
