Looks ok to me Dave, now you just need a Mk2 and Mk3 ! are you going to restore it ? Tony.
 
Hi Folks thanks Bonnex for the maker ,its a bit fragile Tony dont know if i dare try getting the creases out ,i have a repro Mk2 which is a lot sturdier built than this one
 
I was just thinking about a re-paint ? looks like someone tried to paint it in HE colours but originally it looks like it was a drill one in red oxide ?
 
Yes its the one off SA ,the red only appears to be around the top collar ,ive had a scratch at the paint in a couple of places and can only find the service brown/khaki underneath ,so according to Mr Landers book this means it orginanly had Nobel673 exploders .In time i think it will get a repaint although if the top coat comes off ok and leaves a decent amount of the original paint i might leave it at that
