Needless to say the elasticity is hardly evident after all these years.
But at least it's inert and authentic and not one of those either very poorly done reproductions or very professionally done fakes.

thanks a fantastic example! I’ve had a great response and not have photo’s of over 30 examples. Yours is only the second I’ve seen when the stencilling on the pull cord. Thanks !!! Any chance you could post a photo of the internal like this
