No 83 Mk2 smoke grenade

Here's a few pics of my latest find. A very nice inert 2ww dated no83 mk2 smoke. On the back it says inert filled. There's no lot or date numbers on the body so im presuming it was inert filled at the factory??

Couple of examples of the Mk I. Very underated area smoke and signal grenades. Their fragile nature meant the chance of survival was slim.
