Hello, this was one of my finds from W&P got it off Ben. Gave it a clean today and im after some info on the markings. Its the first one ive had with the centre tube stamped but unfortunately its been drilled because it wont come out. Ive been on Daves website and identified the base plug as G.Hopkins and Co but im unsure about the centre tube and the shield on the body. The centre tube is marked M.C.LTD 6/4-16 although a letter may have been drilled through im not sure. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Mick.

Before being ruined the marking was P.PAT O.M.C. LTD. 9614-16, re the provisional patent specification No.9614, July 1916 by Oritur Manufacturing Company Ltd.
