no36mkII mills question

Just a thought . .is it IDEAL or INTERNATIONAL . . BOILERS&RADIATORS LTD ?.Cheers Darrol.

Ideal. Well spotted, that man. I was confusing my IBR and my ICL (International Combustion Ltd)...

Tom,

Thanks, I wonder what repair meant in this case. The low numbers might explain the hand stamped base plug.

Could we be talking broken shoulders? Can they be repaired? I would have thought a broken Mills body would just be binned.

Are the JPS bodies with extended lugs a red herring here? Whilst not strictly MkII bodies they do seem to be paired up regularly with Mk II baseplugs.

John

I was wondering if repair was replacement lever and pin and a repaint.the one i have has had alot of use but no visable repairs besides 3coats of paint. .Darrol.
