As I'm french I don't understand the real weight 8oz 1 7"/16. What is in grams ?

8oz = 28.345 grams. 1 7/16" is the diameter, a shade over 36.5 mm.
(correction - should read 226.796 grams)

The majority of British people no longer understand the avoirdupois (Imperial) weight system.
