Hi this is mystifying me the cartridge case is made of a silver coloured metal Its not silver or a plating any ideas please

It looks plated to me, but that might just be the photograph.

It looks like a normal Mark V electric with Morris primer.

It is nickel or chrome (a bit unlikelier) plated and likely a souvenir or desktop ornament.

So the case with the electric primer should be for a subcaliber system (aiming rifle).

This is a 1" Nordenfelt projectile in a 1" Aiming rifle case. With this headstamp, the case should have a lead projectile.
