I was given this, i know its a fuze prop but does any one know from what?

Blades are steel but the boss is brass.

A friend used to use it for glue and put a grinder to it to get the glue off! Anyone know what colour it should be?

Solid copper bullet !

An interesting find, the Bullet is a solid copper one-there is a thread somewhere here regarding this type of bullet made during WW1.
