Nr14 CN Grenade LOT Code

PTR:
- ETS PRELAT-TOMBEUR, RENWEZ (ARDENNES) (France)
- N.V. Pyrotechniek Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland (Holland)

So when one sees this lot code, it could have been made in either France or Holland? Although, since it is a Dutch Grenade, I would assume Holland. Is there way to determine, without knowing from the Grenade nomenclature itself, what country the grenade originates from?
