NRS - 1 and SP3 Rounds

I've seen some inert small arms ammunition advertised as NRS-1 Silent Blue and SP3 Incendiary Round Red. I've tried various websites and forums to find out some information about them but can't seem to find anything.

Much appreciated if anyone can point me in the right direction.

There is the Russian (Soviet) SP3 7.62mm Silent Pistol cartridge (looks like a 7.62x39mm cartridge) with an internal captive piston to contain the propellant gases and flame when the cartridge is fired.
