Odd 105mm APFSDS-T

Hello All!
today I am posting this on behalf of a friend. He has this odd APFSDS-T projectile, I am fairly certain its the body of a 105mm M735 (American) projectile with home-made fins on it but hes sure its real. I am doubting that as the fins are certainly to big to fit into a 105mm case, and I have never seen anything like it before, plus I think its a modified M735. Anyways, hopefully someone can tell me if its real or not! Thanks! View attachment 116430

Shape of fins make it similar to 152 mm APFSDS-T XM578. In that case stabilizer was full-bore. What is diameter of fin section?
