Odd projectile

Hello all,
Saw this on ebay recently and thought it was odd, anyone have any idea of what it might be? Only measurement is that its 6 1/4" long, and has a "60" or 90" stamped on the bottom. Missing the drive band and hollow, looks like it could have been a base-fuzed HE round or something? unknown projectile.jpgunknown projectile1.jpgunknown projectile2.jpg

And probably missing a ballistic windshield. There're a couple on here who can decipher approx. dia. from the 2nd pic.

I'm guessing 57mm.

Will even go as far as guessing an M86 APC
