Odd Stick Grenade

Anyone know who made this stick grenade? Their are no markings on it.

Never seen it, but the body looks Yugoslav.

Possibly developed from the German 1915 percussion stick grenade? A bit like a No. 16 on a stick.

I find this picture from Belgian museum and who made the picture forgets to take a shot to the explanatory panel...
