Oerlikon 21 RKZ1 fuze.

The photograph shows a one third sectioned brass fuze.
The fuze is 116mm long, 31mm wide at its widest point and the main screw thread is 23mm in diameter at its widest point.
The box clearly labels it as an "Oerlikon 21 RKZ1".
The only stampings on the fuze are a letter "R".
Does anyone know what projectile is would be used in and what its age is?

I sent pictures etc. off to the ECRA journal a few months ago and in the March 09 issue it was confirmed that the fuze is out of an 81mm Mortar of the type sold to the Canadian and British armies.
