I have been asked to see what can be found out about this.
It was excavated according to a label on it at the Plains
of Abraham Quebec in 1861. The outside is pitted as one might expect.
The hole is clean, which makes me wonder. But if it was filled with
something, then it might look like this ? Has any one very seen
anything like this before ?
Ball diameter is 3 1/2 inches.
Hole diameter is 1 1/4 inches
Hole depth is 1 1/2 inches

I have asked for the weight.
