Original Stick?

Looks to me that the metal surfaces have unusual thick layer of paint and/or filler below paint. Also end cap is strange. I would not pay 300 for this one.
 
I agree with Tmine, I think this one has been filled at least around the lower head. The base cap appears to have been glued into place? and also the cap itself looks quite new in comparison. No photos of the head unscrewed and also no views of the internals (ceramic bead, string, det holder etc).
I would never buy anything that doesnt unscrew to show the inside.........it may only be a smoke version, but unless you can see inside its a no-go for me. No 1 rule of collecting ordnance!!!

Is has been repainted too. Look on the head, the original lost paint is covered with a new layer of green paint.
 
It's been repainted,, the bottom cap is wrong,,,, and deffo not 300 bucks worth,, I would ask to see the fuse well on the can,, and the top thread on the collar to be sure its not a repro dressed up..
