I have got this item, i am looking for an answer...is this possible? i have looked and looked i can not find anything that looks fake, but i want to be sure before i put it into the museum. any info or help is welkom. regards Ben

yes Yoda, same for me, i have the tube, i have looked and the head is repainted but the same condition as the tube, Ben
 
I've already seen such a Panzerschreck-rocket on a Panzerfaust-tube; it seemed to work and would have been the ultimate Panzerfaust then.
Unfortunately no sources available.
 
At the back of my mind, I too feel I have seen this configuration somewhere before, but dont ask me where?? maybe someone else has the proof.

Ben - I have seen two similar items (but not exactly the same) on the Premium Militaria site. Take a look and see what you think.
