Parachute flare fuze?

Hi All,

I joined this sometime back with the sole purpose of asking this question which I am finally getting around to doing... My Dad served in the RCAF as a bombardier trainer in the BCATP while stationed in various locations in Western Canada. I believe he told me this was the fuze from a parachute flare. Anyone have any ideas if this is the case?

No 35 british bomb fuze.
It is correct that it was used with parachute flares.
There were several Marks it should be marked on the body of the fuze.

Your fuze is in excelent condition and complete. I guess your PM inbox will be full in no time :)
