Part of a Mechanical time fuze ?

Does any one know what this is. I was told it was part of an 81mm Mortar fuze-- but I have no idea.

No markings.

Is Mr Fuze out there ?

Gordon, e-mail sent with attachment. Looks like an arming mechanism for the U.S. M524 Mortar fuze. Cheers, Bruce.
