Mel Gibson will direct a new movie called "Destroyer" about USS Laffey surviving a Kamikaze attack during the Battle of Okinawa in 1945 http://www.montereycountyweekly.com...cle_7624f16d-90e8-52d1-9f40-d4542dc8d202.html.
