Hello members, i posted 3 photos a shell casing of 17pdr (in my member gallery)
Nearly shure it is from TynesideScottish antitank guns involved in battle of Fontenay le pesnel,
this occured during the main German counterattack on the Allies "Epsom salient",
end of june, beginning july 1944 in the Battle of Normandy.
(see book breaking the panzer from baverstock). This for history.
