playing with stick grenades

playing with grenades

Being kind of a hands on guy, I do have a tendancy to "play" with my ordnance. I have more than a couple of WW1 German sticks. I've always thought they feel awkward when I go through the fake throwing motion. The Viet Cong stick is a different story. It fits the hand great, is well balanced and one gets the feeling it could be "chucked" about a mile. Weird, yes it is. Of the non sticks I think the m1917 German egg grenade is the most comfortable to play with. It too just feels right in the hand and again feels like it could be "checked" a great distance. Most others go from awkward to cumbersome. Observations of a madman? Maybe.......Dano

I must say that I find the most comfortable in my hand are the new L109A1s and the M67s. The RGD 33 felt very nice in the hand too

I gotta say, I do prefer a pair of 42 DD's in my hands If I say so myself :tinysmile_eyebrow_t

Cheers Nick,,

But seriously thought the M24 can be thrown at least three time the distance of a mills, not sure about the viet gren though.
