Please help identify this Frag Bomb / Bomblet

Hello all, please see attached pics of an unknown cutaway bomb (I think submunition) that I am trying to identify. Any help on identification would be very much appreciated!

The body looks like a BLU-49/B but tail is uncommon.
Maybe an US members could help.
