Please help me identify this unknown bomb.

I'm curious about what type of bomb this is. It looks similar to the blu-109 but is about half the size. Any ideas? The total length is approximately 71in, and the diameter is approximately 13in

It has the shape of a BLU-109, increasing in diameter at the back for standard fin attachment. Does it have pockets for lug attachment, wiring attachment?

In the third picture, (left to right) OA4V4, is that GD-OTS or Ellwood National Forge?
