PLEASE HELP VERIFY SOUTH AFRICAN INERT M26

Hi Team, anybody on here South African inert made specialists? I have been offered this inert one, yet for a 50+ year old nade it looks too “Mint Condition” to me, kindly give me your expertise advice.

Think i would want to see and feel this in the hand before i brought it 1 for the feel and check all round and 2 how has it been inerted which cannot be seen from these pictures, to me it looks good and the bottom closing cap looks like original, i have an L2 with crisp clear markings like that so dont get too put off by that, i have brought originals in perfect condition before as buyers thought the same as you.

Thanks very very much, I have since seen with base cap removed and frag coil intact, fuze inerted, I appreciate your advice. For the price I have decided to proceed and take the risk. Hopefully I don’t smell “fresh paint” when it arrives. Thanks again and have a great day.
