Please Help WW2 German 20mm projectile identification

Can anybody help identify these various WW2 German 20mm rounds?

No.1 is a TP-T white trace for export to Sweden 20x138B anti-tank gun. I will let others answer the correct German ID of the other nice cartridges.

I think no. 5 is from South-Africa.

#2 and #3 are also 20x138B.
#4 is a 20x119 Madsen
#5 is a South African 20x83 for e.g. the vector GA-1
6#-9# are German 20x82 incendiary bullets with night tracer for the MG151/20
#10-#11 are German 20x81RR incendiary bullets with night tracer for the 20mm MG FF/M
