The outer make and the green color points towards former Yugoslavia?
It's only a guess, I never have seen it either

the fuze is yugoslav for antitank mine TMA 5
the body is yugoslav grenade anti diver (i don't know the name exactly)

So this is two unrelated items put together?
The switch (push button) does not look like an antitank switch, more like an antipersonel switch!
