At the bottom of the inscription "W.F.A. WARSZAWA ", I think Poland. Maybe there is more information?

I have never seen a Polish version, but there were French, US, Italian and possibly Yugoslav variations, so why not Poland -

this is my contribute...
In first images, the differences between the american 81 Hight capacity bomb (Right) and the same model in french service (left), and in the second image, related fin group mortar bomb.

After, the visual differences, in same hight capacity bomb ( 81mm Grande capacita' M35) in italian service.

The tail fin is the same between italian and french model...whithout obliqual cut in Usa model.
