Hi all. I’m trying to identify a round that my grandfather turned into an ashtray many years ago. I’ve been able to figure out all of the other markings on it and what they mean, (thanks to this forum) but I can’t figure out what the PM/C stands for? From what I understand, this is usually where the factory is stamped but I can’t find what factory PM/C was. If it helps, my grandfather was in the Canadian forces at CFB Suffield.
