pomz -2m mine

got this nice pomz-2m stake mine,but im unsure if this russian made.
103mm high
61mm dia.
it came with a yugoslavian UMP-1 dummy fuze and has M10x1.0 thread
is this a fairly newly made russian mine or a copy by some other country

I think it is a Russian, the Yugoslavian POMZ have more row fragments.
