Portuguese mk 84

Hello there!

Im looking for pictures of the Portuguese-made 1000 kg bomb equivalent to the Mk84, any ideas of who was the maker or the designation of the bomb?

thanks a lot

Mike

I found only this: Jane's 2006

The series of low-drag general purpose bombs is based on the US Mk 80 series of bombs, which was originally developed in the 1950s and exported to air forces throughout the world. These bombs have medium thickness skins and gain their effect from a combination of blast and fragmentation. The Mk 81 equivalent is the 120 kg AA GP/LD 125/1 which is filled with 45 kg of HE. The Mk 82 equivalent is the 235 kg AA GP/LD 250/1, filled with 87 kg of HE. The Mk 83 equivalent is the 447 kg AA GP/LD 500/1, filled with 185 kg of HE. The Mk 84 equivalent is the 894 kg AA GP/LD 1000/1, with an HE filling of 429 kg.
