What case would have been used with this projectile Minen?

It would primarily be used with a standard 75 DEC case for the French 75mm M1898 cannon. It was also used for the French Char B1 tank Mle 1935 75mm hull cannon.

No official documentation but as it's a 1910 model I assume used with the common case DEC 350mm.
