Possible Polish mine found in Niger

Niger (3).jpgNiger (1).jpgNiger (1).jpg Need some help with an ID, this mine was found in Niger, made of Bakelite. SOme are saying it is a Polish MPP 61, but I am not sure that is correct. So any help would be nice to include information on the MPP 61, thank you
