Possibly British roughly 120mm diameter projectile ID

This projectile was posted for identification by a new member on the IAA forum.

Can anyone identify this projectile? The original poster also said they would be interested to know what the paint markings may have been.

I think this is a "Pusher Hoist Drill" projectile for a British naval gun of whatever the caliber is. It would probably be painted black.
