Practice Grenade.

I would like to know the country and model type for this practice grenade.

The dimensions are 50mm diam. 110mm high and weighs 845g (1lb 14oz).
Blue steel body with green plastic fuze and metal lever. Only marking is 01/08 on side of the fuze.
6 vent holes in top and bottom. A heavy re-usable grenade.
