Primer cartridge??

Given this last week, looks to be some type of primer cartridge, marked RG L1A4 81 UP
base is very heavy, that’s why I think it’s a primer.
anyone help??

Two vent tubes L1A4. The new case shows the threaded primer pocket.

There are two different sizes, one for the 120mm Tank gun and the other smaller one unknown! Depotman
